Last night, met guys from Taiwan.
They are learning hard Japanese culture through an on-the-job training at Japanese company and school’s lesson.
They told me that the learned, especially the lesson related texture.
If they eat foods with Japanese boss, they have to talk about the feedback.
I guess it’s a kind of business manner.
For example, when they have a tonkatsu, they say: the outside is crispy, and the inside is juicy.
Felt it’s funny.
Most of Japanese don’t say that.
However, it’s good for making conversations.
See you again.
